Ocean and Tiala partner up with LibyanTech to launch and run Ocean International Educational Services website
Jan.15th. 2008 - Benghazi.LY - Ocean Travel and Tourism along with local partner Tiala Tours entered a limited liability partnership with LibyanTech to design, program, and run their new educational services website which was named Ocean IES, the partnership is expected to be temporary, as the tourism services providers are planning to run this service alone later this year.
