LibyanTech LLC. reaches a joint venture agreement with Indian web services provider

LibyanTech LLC. reached a joint venture agreement with Indian web development and services provider Blaze Network, the companies agreed to work cooperativley to carry out web development, programming, internet marketing, and web design works in Libya.

In an interview with Mr. Zaher Elojly, CEO of LibyanTech, he remarked the good deal both of the companies reached, and he wishes further cooperation will take place in the future: "We will work on what we have at the moment, and in the future we will concentrate on making some good expansions regarding this agreement.".

LibyanTech is officially to start development of a Libyan government website!

LibyanTech recieved today a request from the head of the Syndicates' & Unions Administration in Benghazi to start development of the website the company proposed back in April. The website development works will be carried out with an Indian web design corporation Blaze Netwroks.

"LibyanTech is in joint venture with Blaze Networks, and the company will be involved in most of LibyanTech's future projects concerned with web design and development", that what Mr. Fathi Sharkasi AinAlfaras Group's IPR manager replied when he was asked about the role of this joint venture in future products early this month.

After legal conditions negotiations, and long term temporary agreements, LibyanTech LLC. and AinAlfaras Group signed a partnership agreement where LibyanTech will be a part of the group in Libya, but the company's activities will not be limited to the group, therefor LibyanTech LLC. is only a part of AinAlfaras Group in Libya, and an independent company outside of the country, though it answres to the governing legal system in Libya.
